		<description>I will get a slowcooker..then I will try your recipes try ths recipe.

Raquels style lo mein(one day I couldn&#039;t decide what to make for dinner so I made this by just adding and adding ingriedients)

4 slices thin cut chicken breasts(cut into 1/4 inch slices)
Dice one onion(med or large)
Add 6 peeled cloves of garlic slice them.in wok style or pan add stir in chicken(before u add other ingredients stir in chicken pieces w/lil olive oil to cook then drain and add 1/4 cup of olive oil,onions,garlic add spices(GOYA adobo or SAZON accent,garlic powder,italian seasonings spice,saute-add SOY VAY Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade/sauce stir-1 box wheat spaghetti(boil first drain spaghetti n add to pan. Stir. Add frozen or fresh broccili florets last cover n simmer UM UM GOOD!add more olive oil n 1 tspn butter stir. ENJOY!if u need help evqueen@tmo.blackberry.net</description>
