New years resolution: Weight. How are you doing?

If you’re like the rest of us (including myself) you made a resolution to lose more weight earlier this year. How are you doing with it?If you are having trouble one of the easiest ways to cut back on your weight is to adjust your diet. You might not know this, but drinking pop which happens to be one of my favorite things can help you speed up the process of losing weight. Sadly, cutting back on desserts or not eating them at all will help also. If you like sweets as much as I do, you’re not going to be very happy.  Another area that will help is excerise. You don’t have to go out and sign up for the gym but could rather work out at home. You can buy the DanceFit workout DVD which has numerous programs that will help you sculpt your abs & legs in minutes. If your not into dancing, you might enjoy the Iron Gym which is great for both men and women. You can do push ups, pulls ups and other excerises. Do you have an excercise routine?   1. I am glad to know that others admit to this problem. I do like chocolate alot. I try to find the time to exercize but I work 2 shifts at my waitress job so it is hard to find the time. I enjoy walking out side but the weather here in Oklahoma on my days off is usually raining so its hard to do that. I have a treadmill but that bores me. So any advice you could give me would help and be appreciated. thank you.
