I am sorry to hear that you have had a negative experience with us to date. I would like to change your mind about us. 

We do a pre authorization for the total order amount and do not charge until the merchandise ships out. If items are on back order status, there may be an individual charge for that item when it does ship out. How ever it was part of that initial pre authorization. If an item is canceled, there is no charge. 

I would like to assist you further, how ever I need some more information to do so. Please email to help@lakeside.com your account information, along with a daytime phone number in which I may contact you directly. 

Please note, that all of our operations are located in Northern Illinois.

They still continue to charge my credit card small amounts, without having authorization to do so.
