		<description>I don&#039;t know who these people are that have such a wonderful experience with your company but I&#039;m afraid my experience has been less than favorible.  I have orded from your catalog at least 3 or 4 times.  Every time you do not have what I order, you do not tell me that when I place the order, you take my money and I have to wait 3 or 4 months to get it.  This last order which I made in the beginning of June I am not even going to get.  I&#039;m glad I looked it up cause no one contacted me and I have not received my money back.  I paid cash, and they took that right away.  I know many people who have gotten the same experience.  I said the last time I ordered I would not do it again but I did anyway.  I guess I was right in the first place.  Please take me off your mailing list.</description>
