		<description>I&#039;m just a regular customer who would like information from Lakeside about my order.  They&#039;ve only sent me a standard email which does not address my concern regarding my purchase.  I don&#039;t like to blast companies but their customer service department isn&#039;t handling customer concerns properly  To speak to a person the wait time is 30 mins.(as told by their automated voice),  which is ridiculous.</description>
