I’m just a regular customer who would like information from Lakeside about my order. They’ve only sent me a standard email which does not address my concern regarding my purchase. I don’t like to blast companies but their customer service department isn’t handling customer concerns properly To speak to a person the wait time is 30 mins.(as told by their automated voice), which is ridiculous.
