    I am not commenting on liking this item i am commenting on the lack of convince of canceling backordered items i have been trying for a week to cancel my order no one has contacted me in a timely manner and now they are charging my account. This is the fourth year me and my family and friends have used lakeside their invetory is horrible almost everything is always back ordered and they are not good at all about getting things to you by christmas. Most times items ordered right after thanksgving were getting to us christmas eve or the day after christmas. the do not have near enough people to assist with phones to be effecient. Out of my friends, family, and co workers i am the only one that still used lake side and i regret doing it i am not out money.
