    I thought this would be a great gift for my daughter’s Latin teacher. I was disappointed when the mug was shipped without the “inspirational message” on the back. I returned the mug and they shipped another one. Once again, it was WRONG – no message on the back. I waited on the phone for one hour and ten minutes to speak with a Customer Service Rep. I am still waiting (2 weeks later) to recieve the UPS return label in the mail that they said they would send. BEWARE!

    I am so sorry that you did not receive the inspirational message with Travel Mug, not once but twice! I can image how frustrating this is for you, especially since it was supposed to be a gift for your daughter’s teacher. I also would like to apologize for the long hold times you experienced in trying to get in contact with us. Due to the holiday’s being so close, our hold and response times are a bit delayed.

    I ask that you give me the opportunity to make this right and research this matter further to see why you still haven’t received the UPS Return Label that you have been patiently waiting 2 weeks for.     Doing business with your company has been the worst experience of my life. I can’t get through to talk to anyone. I placed and order on Oct. 15th and still have not received all of it. Now I have replaced the order locally and can’t get though to cancel the order I placed with you. You sent me a card asking if I wanted to cancel and receive a refund and I sent it back saying yes. What happened a week later I received part of the rest. I just want my money back at this point.

    I placed an order on Dec 1 for 3 build a fort kits, one for a boy and two for girls. I was not told until after I gave my credit card information that these items were on backorder. Lakeside cancelled the boys build a fort kit because they were no longer available so I decided to cancel the girls because they were also on backorder. I sent two (2) emails to cancel backordered items only to be charged for them today. I spoke to a representative who provided me with no help. I will not accept the package whenever it may arrive and I will expect a full refund. I think Lakeside needs to learn how to run a business before they continue to upset customers. I will never order from Lakeside again. Horrible experience.

    Lakeside is a big JOKE!~~ ordered 2 items got an e mail saying one item was not in stock, Thats it, nothing about getting a refund on the item that wasnt in stock and or when i might get the rest of my order. So, 2 weeks later i decided to call lakeside to find out about the REST of my order.Guess what? The rest of my order is on BACK order. No one told me this.Im here waiting for my order.I politely told lakeside what they could do with my order and wanted my money back,.ALSO,, Lakeside sells, rents or gives your name out to other catalog companies. I never received a catalog in 12 yrs. until i placed an order with lakeside,now im getting cataloges from every tom, dick and harry.Keep away from this company they are a JOKE !!!
