2. Additional Delivery means added value

When redecorating or moving into a new home its important to have some solid staples such as side tables, wall décor, and home office essentials. Additional Delivery or AD can be found on the website below the item number or on the check out page. This additional shipping cost allows Lakeside to offer all the wonderful key items that can bring any room together. Whether it’s organizing books or adding the last piece to complete a room, your space will look impeccable.

3. Location, location, location

It is important to all of us that our Lakeside finds get to us ASAP and one way to do this is to provide a physical address for your items to be delivered to. Though your package may be sent through UPS or the Post Office, UPS can only deliver to a physical address. Attempting to send your order to PO Box may cause a delay in receiving your favorite items. In addition, provide an apartment or suite number if needed to ensure the package is taken to the correct address. These steps will help eliminate any delay in receiving your favorites.

    “Additional delivery charge” when I was supposed to get free shipping for providing my email??? That’s not free shipping and I will be taking my order elsewhere.

    Why does this company take so long to deliver your items. I ordered 4 children books and it’s been 9 days to ship to Wv and I still don’t have my order. I called today and customer service said it’s showing still in transit. Weird cause I’ve ordered quite a lot of things from other places for Christmas gifts and they all are here within a matter of 3 to 4 days. The customer service rep told me to please allow another 5 days for the package to arrive before calling back. I’m thinking these must be being shipped from China.

      Hi Cindy- Our items are shipped from our warehouse located in the Chicago-land area of Illinois. Shipping timeframes (provided at checkout) can vary based on the delivery location the order is being shipped. Our longest shipping timeframe is 7-10 business days, unless an item is on backorder or a shipping discrepancy occurs. Looking into this, it shows your order placed on 10/29/2022 has processed through our warehouse and was received by the shipper. It shows there was a shipping delay with USPS, we sincerely apologize for this delay. USPS tracking updated on 11/7/2022, we suggest keeping an eye on the tracking so you can follow your order while in transit.
