    I have NEVER been more disapointed in a mail order in my life!! I do 75% of my all yr round shopping online and have never been treated more poorly by customer service! You know your company has grown then why do u have such a LONG wait time before speaking to someone! Get MORE operators or trust me you will not be busy next yr because once people catch on like i have you wont be getting repeat business..MY final straw was tonight at 7:20 p.m. when speaking to “DEBBIE” on of your ruder phone people she would not give me proper info on a simple “SEND me a return label”” She said she’d need me to answer MANY questions b4 doin soooo!!!! how frustrating!! WHY do we fill out reasons for returns if we have to explain it over the phone!!! $600+ spent already and have advised all the people i gave a catalog to i am embarrased to have done so!! NEVER order from here!!!!!! Terrible QUALITY and TERRIBLE customer svc..AND never mind the wait time for refund..Hhahahaha JOKE!!!

    I have been waiting on a refund since Aug.2010, The refund about is $88.15, everytime I call to ask why I have not recieved my refund customer service tell me that they are re issuing a new check give it 15 days, I call again it’s always the same thing. Yesterday I called again, customer service took the time ( This time to research) she called me back and said it was a ancounting problem and give it another 7 days.I need my money. I will not ever order anything from you again.

    I know my mind is over flowing with ideas with all the things you can do with these chocolate cups. Many different mousse variations to start. My family are peanut butter nuts, so I am going to mix some peanut butter into a whip to put inside – YUM! With some shaved chocolate on top… please share your thoughts too… maybe we can swap some recipes.

    i bought the wooden kitchen trash can.item kbi-mpl I’m really sad at the quality. I’m not going to send it back and waist money on shipping. This is not the first time i bought something and the quality was not good.
