Just wanted to let you know that I’m really disappointed with the Lakeside Collection’s shipping procedure. I got a notice saying that my item shipped on February 11th and would be delivered on February 15th. Little did I know that is the date it is expected to get to UPS not the day it would be delivered to my house…. As of right now UPS still doesn’t know anything about the package. Shame on you Lakeside for not being more upfront about your shipping!

I JUST WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT YOU NEED TO GIVE LAKESIDE A CHANCE, IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER .. THEY WILL FIX IT AND MAKE IT RIGHT FOR YOU , I AM TOTALLY IMPRESSED AS TO THE WAY MY SITUATION WAS HANDLED , AND I APPRECIATE WHAT YOU ALL DID TO MAKE UP FOR WHAT HAPPENED AND WOULD RECOMEND LAKESIDE TO EVERYONE I KNOW , THEY DO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY, LAKESIDE OFFERS GOODIES YOU CANT FIND ANY WHERE ELSE AT A FAIR PRICE , SO GIVE THEM A BREAK , FOR THE LOVE OF GOD THEY ARE A COMPANY THAT SERVES THE WHOLE COUNTRY AND IF SOMETHING GOES WRONG , THEY STAND BEHIND THE PRODUCT AND THEY ARE A TON BETTER THAN MOST COMPANIES OUT THERE, THEY ACTUALLY CARE, THANKS LAKESIDE FOR WHAT YOU DID FOR ME i SINCERELY APPRECIATE IT AND CANT WAIT TO PLACE MY NEW ORDER, YOU ROCK
