2 Cans Of Artichokes (Quartered)

2 Cups Mayonnaise

3 Garlic Cloves (Minced)

2 Cans Of Green Chiles

1 Small Can Of Pimentos (Drained & Diced)

1 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Plus More For The Top)

Salt & Pepper

Directions

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2: In a mixing bowl, mix together the quartered artichokes and mayonnaise until thoroughly combined.

Step 3: Throw in the minced garlic, green chiles, parmesan cheese, and pimentos. Add salt and pepper. Stir together.

Step 4: Pour it all into a round casserole dish and top with more parmesan cheese.

Step 5: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling.

Step 6: Serve with garlic toast, crackers, pita bread, or pretzels.


Buffalo Wings & Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing

2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter (Melted)

1/2 Cup Hot Pepper Sauce

Vegetable Oil

3/4 Cup Cornstarch

3 Pounds Chicken Wings (Tips Removed, Drumettes & Flats Separated)

Deep Fry Thermometer

Blue Cheese Dressing

2-Ounces Mild Blue Cheese (Crumbled)

1/4 Cup Buttermilk

1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

1/4 Cup Sour Cream

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

Salt & Pepper

Directions

Step 1: Start by making the blue cheese dressing. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk up the blue cheese crumbles, buttermilk, mayo, sour cream, and lemon juice. Use salt and pepper to taste. Cover it and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.

Step 2: On medium heat in a small saucepan, melt the butter. Once melted, pour in the hot sauce, cayenne pepper, and some salt and pepper. Whisk together and then set aside until needed.

Step 3: Heat up the vegetable oil in a large pot on medium-high heat. Use your deep-fry thermometer to assure it reaches 375 degrees.

Step 4: While the pot is heating up, season your wings with salt and pepper. Pour cornstarch into a shallow bowl and coat each wing evenly.

Step 5: Place the wings in the heated pot in batches and fry for about 10-12 minutes. Make sure to turn them occasionally so they are evenly golden brown throughout.

Step 6: Heat up your hot sauce mixture and then pour the sauce on all the wings.

Step 7: Serve immediately with your blue cheese dressing.


Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Stuffed mushrooms are a classy appetizer that is sure to be the talk of the party. These crab stuffed mushrooms are rich with flavor and is a unique addition to your football party spread.

25-35 Button Mushrooms

1/4 Cup Minced Red Bell Pepper

1/4 Cup Minced Celery

1/4 Cup Minced Yellow Onion

3 Cloves Garlic (Smashed & Minced)

1/2 Tablespoon Butter

1/2 Teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

1/4 Teaspoon Salt

1/4 Teaspoon Paprika (Plus Extra)

4 Ounces Fresh Crab Meat (Lump or Claw)

1/2 Cup Grated Gouda Cheese (Plus Extra)

1/4 Cup Panko Breadcrumbs

Directions

Step 1: Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Once you remove the stems from the mushrooms, place them on a baking sheet lined with foil and set aside.

Step 3: Melt the butter on a saucepan on medium heat. Add in your celery, red pepper, and onion and saute.

Step 4: Add the garlic to the pan and continue to cook until the onions and celery are translucent.

Step 5: Pour the cooked vegetables into a mixing bowl. Add in the old bay, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix together.

Step 6: Mix in the crab meat and the gouda cheese.

Step 7: Evenly distribute the mixture into each mushroom cap. Top each one with paprika.

Step 8: Mix the panko bread crumbs in oil, then evenly distribute in each mushroom cap.

Step 9: Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. You’ll know they’re done when the mushrooms are soft and the panko has a golden finish.

Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers

These bacon wrapped jalapenos are the perfect combination of rich and salty flavors with a nice spicy kick. An easy finger food to pick up and eat, these are sure to go quickly!

If you want to make this recipe more interesting, feel free to swap out the cheddar cheese with a different cheese of your choice.

Ingredients

12 Jalapeno Peppers

1 8-Ounce Block Cream Cheese (Softened)

1 Cup Cheddar Cheese

1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1/2 Teaspoon Pepper

12 Slices Bacon

Directions

Step 1: Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2: Prep your jalapenos by slicing them in half lengthwise. Scoop out all the seeds with a spoon and continue to scrape until smooth.

Step 3: Put the softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix together until fully combined.

Step 4: Evenly distribute the cheese mixture inside each jalapeno.

Step 5: Cut each slice of bacon in half. Wrap the bacon around each jalapeno. Stick a toothpick in each one to keep the bacon secured.

Step 6: Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Bacon should come out crispy.

French Onion Beef Sliders

These french onion beef sliders are a delicious and filling appetizer to have at your big game party. It’s a good idea to include at least one meat appetizer with your football party spread.

You can also opt to make these with ground turkey and turkey base, if you and your guests don’t prefer beef.

Ingredients

1 Stick of Butter (Cut Up)

2 Large Sweet Onions

2 Pounds Ground Beef

2 Tablespoons Beef Base

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Salt & Pepper

24 Slider Buns

12-16 Ounces Gruyere Cheese (Shredded)

2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds

1 Tablespoon Fresh Thyme

1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Directions

Step 1: In a skillet on medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter.

Step 2: Reduce the heat to medium-low and toss in the onions. Cook for 25-30 minutes.

Step 3: Mix the ground beef with 1 tablespoon of the beef base and 1/2 tablespoon of the Worcestershire sauce in large bowl. Add salt and pepper.

Step 4: Cook the beef in the skillet on medium-high heat with the onions, mixing occasionally. Cook until beef is browned.

Step 5: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the bottoms of the slider buns on a greased baking sheet.

Step 6: Place the beef and onion mixture on each bun, distributing evenly. Put the shredded cheese on each one and cover them with the top buns.

Step 7: Melt the butter and the rest of the beef base and stir in the rest of the Worcestershire sauce. Brush each bun with this mixture, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top. Then season with thyme, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Step 8: Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes. Cheese should be melted and rolls should be browned.

Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
